Dr.
Fazal Mahmood was the second Vice Principal of
Cadet College Petaro from 1972 to 1982. He joined
the college in the year 1960.
Fazal Sahib left the college for a few years in
the late 1960s to complete his PhD. Later on he
returned and rejoined the college.
He was born on 23 March 1932. He was married
to Mrs. Soraiya Jabeen, and they had four
children.
