Lt.Cdr. Sajjad Malik was the twenty-ninth adjutant of Cadet College Petaro from 2009-2010.

He was born on 8 April 1976, and got married to Mrs. Tooba.

Sajjad acquired his early education from La Salle High School from where he completed his Matric in 1992.

Soon after completing his Matric, he opted to join Pakistan Navy, and joined as a cadet in the Junior Cadet College. He completed his Intermediate exams in pre-engineering subjects from there in 1994, and was inducted into the Pakistan Naval Academy.

Thus, he was commissioned as an officer in Pakistan Navy in 1996. He completed his initial training in 1998, and was posted to PNS Shahjahan and PNS Shamsheer for watch keeping training.

Between 2001-2003, he was posted to the Pakistan Navy Civilian Authority (PNCA) as officer in charge of transfer of civilians within the Navy, and as Member of Promotion Board of civilians.

From 2003-2007, he worked as Deputy Director Coordination at the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Peshawar for investigation of cases under review, planning and execution of raids, and coordination with other agencies.

In 2007, he was posted back to the Navy as Admin Officer of PNS Haider, Karachi, and then as Security Officer of PNS Bahadur from 2008-2009.

This is when he was brought into Cadet College Petaro as Adjutant in 2009, and he served in this position until the summer of 2010.

In April 2010, he was transferred to HQ of Commander Karachi (COMKAR) as Commander Training Operations for 3 months, and then posted as Staff Officer (Personnel) at the Auxilliary and Mine Sweeper Squadron at Karachi. He is still serving in this position.
