Nadeem Soomro, kit no. 7863/Liaquat House joined Cadet College Petaro in 1978 and left the college in 1983 after completing his Intermediate.

He was born on 21 August 1965, and got married to Mrs. Waheeda on 29 September 1996. They have 2 children - Omar and Rabia.

Nadeem left this world on 31 December 2012 of a heart attack.

During his last year at Petaro, Nadeem was appointed Senior Section Leader of Liaquat House. He was also a good badminton and tennis player.

After leaving Petaro, Nadeem moved to the UK and graduated with a BBA from the American College in London in 1987. He then moved to the USA and obtained his MBA from Strayer College in Washington, DC.

Nadeem then returned to the UK and has been settled there ever since.

He started his career with Criterion Banking Systems in 1988 for a year as a Trainee Analyst Developer working on PC Banking Solutions using 3GL and 4GL languages. He then worked with Dataway Systems Ltd from 1989 to 1997 as Business Analyst and Quality Manager, designing software solutions for local authorities. He also headed the Lotus/IBM division of the company during this period.

This was the turning point in his career and he decided to go into business on his own. He set up and managed NetTeam Management Systems Ltd and built it into a multi-million pound sterling business with a team of 25 staff and over 300 customers. He was the Managing Director of the company from 1997 to 2005. Over the next five years, he developed another sister business under the name of NetTeam Management Solutions Ltd, and was the Operations Director for a Web-based self-service HR system which he developed, designed and implemented.

In 2010, Nadeem spun off a new company called Cloud-HR Ltd, which he heads as the CEO. The company specializes in cloud based HR systems aimed at major corporates and blue chip companies around the world.

Nadeem was true to himself and his Lord and was foremost in charitable activities.

In December 2012, Nadeem had multiple heart attacks and was taken to Basingstoke Hospital. He expired on 31 December 2012.

May Allah grant him jannatul firdaus.
